Getting access to Viaquo
Viaquo is invite-only. We are working with a small number of agencies while the product is still moving quickly, and sign-in is limited to addresses we have added to the list.
If you try to sign in with an address that is not on it, the page says so and points you at the request form rather than failing quietly.
Requesting access
Fill in the form at the bottom of the contact page. Email is the only required field; the rest — your name, your agency, and anything you want to tell us — helps us work out whether it is a fit, and there is no faster route that skips it.
The form answers the same way for every address, including one that is already approved. That is deliberate: an answer that varied would let anyone use it to find out which agencies work with us.
We read these ourselves and reply by email. Nothing is automatic — no sequence, no list, and being approved does not send you anything, so if we let you in we will tell you directly.
Once you are on the list
Sign in at app.viaquo.com with Google or with a link sent to your email. Nothing else changes: the first sign-in creates your agency and you land in the console.
Access is per email address, not per agency. To bring a colleague in, do not ask us — invite them yourself from Settings → Team, which also lets you choose their role. See Your team and roles.
Your travellers do not need any of this
This page is about the people who run trips. Travellers are not on the access list and never need to be: they reach their trip because you put them on one.
- On messaging, they activate through the invite link you send — see Invite links and activation.
- In a browser, they sign in through your own branded page at
/a/your-slug, which matches their address against the travellers on your trips — see How travellers sign in.
Adding a traveller to a trip is what gives them access. Removing them from every trip takes it away.
If you cannot get in
- "Viaquo is invite-only" on the sign-in page. The address is not on the list. Use the form above, or check whether you are signing in with a different address from the one we approved — a personal Gmail instead of your work address is the usual cause.
- You are a traveller and cannot sign in. Use your agency's page, not the console: ask them for their
/a/...link. If you use the console sign-in, it will only recognise you if the address on your traveller record matches exactly. - The link in your email has expired. The console sign-in link lasts one hour and works once. Request another. (The traveller link from your agency's own page is a different one, and lasts 30 minutes.)
If none of that is it, write to [email protected] from the address you are trying to use — it saves a round trip.
